Corfu

Gathering at 07:00 am and depart via Egnatia – Ioannina (coffee stop). On arrival at Igoumenitsa, we board the ferry and we depart for the island of Corfu. Our tour will start by visiting the imposing palace of Empress Sissy of Austria, Achillion. On our return, we will go through Dasia and Ipsos, well known tourist resorts of the island. Meal will follow, while in the afternoon we will visit Saint Spyridon’s Church, patron of the island, for pilgrimage and procession of the Saint. We overnight at Cannon, well known area for the astonishing view to the Pontikonisi Island and the Monastery of Saint Mary of Blachernae.

After breakfast we will have the opportunity to explore the city center. When worshiping in the church of Saint Spyridon is finished, you will have leisure time to stroll through the picturesque streets, to experience the Great Esplanade Square with Liston, the old fortress which was built by the Venetians in 1550 and the Asian Art Museum, housed in the palace of Saint Michael and George. Late in the afternoon we will depart for our return. After disembarkation at Igoumenitsa we will continue our journey back home making all the necessary stops.

(Ελληνικά) Πρόγευμα και κατευθυνόμαστε προς την Βόρεια πλευρά του νησιού για να καταλήξουμε στην πανέμορφη Παλαιοκαστρίτσα, γνωστό τουριστικό θέρετρο με πολλές αμμουδιές και πλούσια βλάστηση, όπου θα επισκεφτούμε το Μοναστήρι της Παναγίας χτισμένο τον 13ο αιώνα, στην κορυφή του βράχου. Χρόνος ελεύθερος για μπάνιο και φαγητό και το απόγευμα επιστροφή στο ξενοδοχείο μας. Διαν/ση

(Ελληνικά) Πρόγευμα τακτοποίηση αποσκευών στο πούλμαν και αναχώρηση για την πόλη της Κέρκυρας για ένα τελευταίο καφέ στη πλατεία Σπιανάδα. Μεταφορά με το ferry boat στην Ηγουμενίτσα και στην συνέχεια παίρνουμε τον δρόμο της επιστροφής. Στάση στα Ιωάννινα για να απολαύσουμε τον απογευματινό μας καφέ, το βράδυ άφιξη στις πόλεις μας γεμάτοι όμορφες εντυπώσεις.
